RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Kuwait Orders:

• Kindly note that customers can return/exchange within 14 days for casual wear only.
• The return/exchange items should be brought back to our boutique in Edge, Shuwaikh Industrial.
• OCCASIONS/EVENING WEAR including (dresses/jumpsuits/sets and kaftans), the customer has 24 hours only for return/exchange.
• There are no returns/exchanges on SALE ITEMS.
• Kindly ensure your item is returned in its original condition ( packaging/unused/no smell/ with One Avenue tag should be still attached and the original invoice.
• Return/exchanges that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted

International Orders:

• kindly note that we do not accept returns/exchanges for international orders
