• Saturday – Thursday ( 11:00am – 9:00pm )
• Friday ( 11:00am – 4:00pm )

How much is the delivery charge?
* Delivery charge 3KD for kuwait.
* We ship worldwide with a fixed charge for shipping 8KD

Do you deliver to my area?
* We deliver to anywhere in Kuwait.

How can I re-order products I previously ordered?
* Simple! Login with your email and passwords then click proceed to your account page. You will see a list of all your previous orders – simply click re-order on the order you want. If you wish to edit the order, simply proceed to the cart page.

When will you deliver my order?
* it takes between 1 – 2 days to deliver your order in Kuwait depending on the time of day, the traffic level we are facing and your location.  
* For international orders : All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
* We are using DHL as our shipping agent.

Knet will then process the payment and will only send us back a confirmation of the payment. This way, your data will never leave the Knet page.
* When you make a payment with your Visa or Mastercard, you will be directed through a secure connection to Commercial Bank. Commercial Bank will then process the payment and will only send us back a confirmation of the payment. This way, we never store your card number.

What if my order is missing a product or product is Not matching?
